Deleting your Service Station account

You can delete your Service Station account, and everything in it, at any time. Service Station is made by Dan Towers.

In the app (instant)

1. Open Service Station and tap the profile button at the top right.
2. Tap Delete account, then Delete to confirm.

Your account and data are deleted straight away, on all your devices.

Without the app

Email support@servicestations.app from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We'll delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner, and email you when it's done.

What's deleted

• Your account and email address
• All your visits, ratings and notes
• All your photos
• Your correction reports

Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. Nothing is kept in backups.

What isn't deleted

• Records of the sign-in emails sent to you, which our email provider keeps for up to 30 days and then deletes.
• If you emailed us, that correspondence, for as long as needed to deal with it.
• Fixes already made to the public map from your correction reports. These never contained your name or email.
